North Liberty Centennial Park Loop Drive Improvements
RFP Overview
Sealed Bids for the construction of the North Liberty Centennial Park Loop Drive Improvements project will be received, by City of North Liberty, at North Liberty City Administration Building, 3 Quail Creek Circle, until 10:00 a.m. local time on July 19, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project will involve the following: Construct two lane road through Centennial Park with 7-inch PCC paving, including subdrain, intakes and storm sewer pipe. Project also includes permeable paver parking bays, pavement markings, sidewalk connections, final grading, seeding and erosion control.
The work must commence by the late start date of August 23, 2021, and must be substantially complete on or before May 6, 2022.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

There is no deposit for the plans and specifications, but there is a shipping charge (UPS) of $25.00 made payable to DB Reprographics, Inc.
