Two Good Neighbor meetings to be held July 29

North Liberty, Iowa, July 15, 2010 — The City of North Liberty may soon consider a rezoning for property located near the intersection of Mehaffey Bridge Road NE and West Penn Street. A rezoning
is being considered to change from the current single-family zoning district to a multi-family
zoning district. The other meeting regards the area near the intersection of Front Street and Sadler Lane. A rezoning is being considered to change from the current multi-family zoning district (allows more than 2 units) to a duplex zoning district (allows only 2 units).

These good neighbor meetings are being held to explain the potential rezoning being considered by
owners and to gather any comments.

Both meetings will be held July 29 at Council Chambers, located at 25 W. Cherry in North Liberty. The Mehaffey Bridge Road/Penn Street meeting will be from 6-6:30pm while the Front Street/Sadler Lane meeting will be from 5:30-6pm.
