Good Neighbor Meeting: Lot 14, I-380 Industrial Park subdivision on Stoner Court

August 12, 2010 — The City of North Liberty may soon consider a subdivision plat for property of Lot 14 at I-380 Industrial Park subdivision on Stoner Court. The subdivision plat being considered would divide the property into 2 lots.

This good neighbor meeting is being held to explain the potential subdivision being considered by the owner and to gather any comments you may have regarding that subdivision. No Planning Commission or City Council action has been taken, but is anticipated within the next several months.

Please note that this meeting is intended to notify you early in the process and to help the developer understand neighborhood concerns. Other formal public meetings will be held by the Planning Commission and City Council if the development applications proceed

The meetings will be held August 26 at 5:30-6pm at Council Chambers, located at 25 W. Cherry in North Liberty.
