Advertisement for Sealed Bids

Public notice is hereby given that the North Liberty City Council will receive sealed bids for City owned property.  The property consists of an 6 Tyco Valves and 6 Morin actuators for a waste water treatment plant.  Any interested parties should submit a sealed bid for the property to City Hall, P.O. Box 77, 3 Quail Creek Circle, North Liberty, Iowa no later than July 18, 2011 at 4 p.m.  Said property is available for examination at the North Liberty Waste Water Department by calling Waste Water Superintendent, Dave Ramsey  at 626-5700.  The property will be awarded to the highest bidder at the regular council meeting on July 26, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.  The minimum bid is set at $2,000.00. If no bids are received, the property will be disposed of according to Council direction.
You are further notified that you may appear at said hearing and comment orally or in writing.
