July road construction in North Liberty

June 28, 2012 — Several street projects will be underway within the next few days in North Liberty. First, starting Tuesday, July 3, North Dubuque Street north of Penn Street will be down to one lane with flaggers due to milling of asphalt. Next, the same street will be closed on Thursday and Friday, July 5 and 6, in order to install a culvert. Detour signs will be in place. The following week on Monday, July 9, North Dubuque will be down to one lane again with flaggers to overlay the road.
The construction timeline is contingent on weather and drivers should plan extra travel time to accommodate for delays and detours. Please drive safe. For more information, contact the City of North Liberty at 319-626-5700.
