Community Library to close for a week as construction nears completion

The North Liberty Community Library will be closed from Sunday, Aug. 4 through Sunday, Aug. 11 to take possession of and move into the renovated library space, the final stage of its expansion project. The library will resume normal business hours and weekly programming at 9 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12 in its newly expanded space.
The library thanks its patrons for their support through this project. We are excited to share this new facility with the community. The library will host a public grand opening on Sunday, Sept. 8 from 1 to 5 p.m. which will feature children’s activities, giveaways, and more.
