Construction to reduce Highway 965 to a single lane Thursday

On Thursday, Aug. 15, from 9 a.m. until about 1 p.m., Highway 965 will be reduced to a single lane with flaggers from Golfview Drive to Westwood Drive so crews can saw cut concrete. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time or find alternate routes.
This is part of the second phase of Highway 965 construction, which began Monday and will last through fall. This phase includes widening this segment of the highway, as well as widening and improvements from Penn Street to Community Drive, and minor intersection improvements at Zeller Street and Westwood Drive.
