Some turn lanes on Highway 965 to be closed next week

From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting Monday, Oct. 7, left-turn lanes at Highway 965’s intersections with Penn Street, Zeller Street and Westwood Drive in North Liberty will be closed so workers can work on traffic signals, both lights and pavement markings.
The work, part of Highway 965 Phase 2A, is expected to be completed yet this year in preparation for the full second phase of Highway 965 construction in the spring of 2014.
