City lowers flags in honor of Mayor Salm

In honor of Mayor Thomas A. Salm, who died Sunday and whose service will be held Friday, the City of North Liberty will lower its flags to half-staff. The flags will remain at half-staff from Friday, May 23, through Memorial Day, Monday, May 26. Mayor Pro Tem Gerry Kuhl asks residents to lower their flags in honor of the late mayor as well.
