Police Department begins offering child passenger safety education

The North Liberty Police Department has begun offering education to caregivers for child passenger safety through its new child passenger safety technician. The role of the child passenger safety technician is to educate caregivers on the correct selection, installation, and use of car seats, booster seats, and seat belts.
