Lane reduction: Dubuque Street by Penn Elementary

Starting the morning of Monday, July 28, Dubuque Street will be reduced to a single lane by Penn Elementary. This lane reduction is expected to last through Thursday.
The south-bound lane must be closed so crews can connect water mains for the school’s new addition.
Drivers should allow extra travel time and find alternative routes when possible.
