Iowa City Telecommunications Commission seeks input from residents

The City of Iowa City Telecommunications Commission invites area residents to participate in an online survey that will provide input on how community television channels are serving the public, what types of programs people are interested in, viewing patterns, and the strengths and weaknesses of each local channel. The results of the survey will be used to identify ways that local cable access television can better serve the area, and guide future plans and programming.
The survey is short and will only take a few minutes to complete. It is located at: www.citychannel4.com/survey. Printed copies are also available at the City’s Cable TV Office in Tower Place at 10 S. Linn Street, as well as at the City Hall Information Desk at 410 E. Washington Street, Public Library at 123 S. Linn Street, and Senior Center at 28 S. Linn Street. The Commission asks that surveys be completed by Friday, January 16. Completed printed surveys may be mailed or dropped off to the Cable TV Office at 10 S. Linn Street, Iowa City, IA 52240.
