Mayor Nielsen announces office hours

North Liberty Mayor Amy Nielsen will begin hosting regular office hours at the North Liberty Community Library, 520 W. Cherry Street. The office hours are intended to offer the public another avenue to communicate with its elected officials.
An initial reception, with light refreshments, is planned for Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, from 3 to 5 p.m. The public is invited to stop in to chat and meet the mayor.
Then, starting on Jan. 6, 2015, Nielsen will be available each Tuesday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. to answer questions, listen to concerns, or discuss topic raised by the public.
