Forevergreen signals upgrade coming along with spring road maintenance
With warmer weather, crews are expected to upgrade the signals at Forevergreen Road and Highway 965. This work will include changing signal heads and wiring to add dedicated left-turn arrows for eastbound and westbound traffic on Forevergreen Road. Work is expected to start at 9 a.m. on either Tuesday, March 17, or Wednesday, March 18, 2015.
The upgrade will require the signals to be taken offline, and the intersection to be a four-way stop for the duration of the work. Work is expected to be completed before 5 p.m.
Additionally, crews have been cleaning streets and filling potholes around North Liberty. This work will continue for the next few weeks. The public can help our street crews by avoiding on-street parking during the day when possible.
