Kites for Kids comes to North Liberty

The Johnson County Community Partnership for Protecting Children hosted their annual Kites for Kids festival for the first time in North Liberty at North Central Junior High. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and to raise awareness kids were given free kites to fly in remembrance of children lost to abuse.
