North Liberty named top ten best in nation for home buyers

Niche, which offers rankings and statistics on every neighborhood and city in the U.S. to help people find the best places to live, visit, and raise a family, has named North Liberty one of the best suburbs in which to buy a house in the United States. The analysis took into account home values, housing costs, education rankings, effective property tax rates and other factors.
North Liberty was one of only four Iowa towns ranked in the top 100. Others were Waukee, Ankeny and Le Claire.
