Temporary changes to mayor’s office hours in June

Mayor Amy Nieslen’s office hours, regularly held every Tuesday from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the North Liberty Community Library, will vary the next two weeks due to meetings.

On Tuesday, June 16, she will not hold office hours so she can attend a forum on Johnson County’s new Community ID program. The forum is at the Center for Worker Justice of Eastern Iowa, 940 S. Gilbert Court in Iowa City. The forum starts at 6 p.m. and is open to the public.

On Tuesday, June 23, she will shorten her office hours to 4:40 to 5:30 p.m. so she can attend the North Liberty City Council’s joint meeting with the Johnson County Board of Supervisors, held in the North Liberty Council Chambers starting at 6:00 p.m.
