Coralville Hy-Vee construction requires closure to Forevergreen Road
From the City of Coralville, concerning work on a new Hy-Vee store, located on the south side of Forevergreen Road:
Starting at 6:00 am, Friday, August 21, 2015, Forevergreen Road will be closed between Coral Ridge Avenue/Highway 965 and Ridgeway Drive, so construction can begin on turn lane and sidewalk improvements as part of the new Hy-Vee that is under construction on the southeast corner of the Forevergreen Road and Crosspark Road intersection in Coralville.
A detour route will be signed along Coral Ridge Avenue, University Parkway, University Court, and Ridgeway Drive. The North Ridge Trail will remain open during both road and store construction.
The road improvements are expected to be completed within two months, weather permitting. The new Hy-Vee is expected to open early summer 2016.
