With its ground breaking, the Corridor Business Journal returns home

In 2004, John and Aspen Lohman founded the Corridor Business Journal in the basement of their North Liberty home. On Wednesday, the Lohmans brought the CBJ back home to North Liberty, breaking ground on what John calls “CBJ World Headquarters” in the city’s research and office park off Landon Road, between Kansas Avenue and Interstate 380.
In the 11 years since founding the CBJ, the Lohmans have turned their fledgling organization into “the most important resource for all things business in Iowa’s Creative Corridor,” said Mayor Amy Nielsen in remarks at the groundbreaking.
