Officer Chuck stars in North Bend’s Seuss Week

North Bend Elementary called on the services of NLPD Officer Chuck Tygart to them help celebrate Dr. Seuss Week. Officer Chuck gave his best rendition of a Seuss classic, Green Eggs and Ham, and even surprised his first and fourth grade audiences to a literary work of his own.
