City Hall Moved at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has relocated to 360 N. Main St., adjacent to the North Liberty Police Station.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

Make it Mondays: Paper Plate Apple Core

The North Liberty Recreation Department’s Make It Monday craft for the week of Sept. 20, 2021, is a paper plate apple core. Included in this week’s kit are all the materials you need to make the craft (you should provide glue, scissors and markers), coloring sheets and activity ideas.

Each week, Make It Monday offers a free to-go activity for kids. To participate in the program, simply stop by the North Liberty Community Center, 520 W. Cherry Street, and pick up an activity kit while supplies last. Kits are free.

How to Make It

Materials

  • Paper plate
  • Construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Marker
  • Glue Stick

Steps

  1. Cut a paper plate to look like an apple core.
  2. Color the rim of the paper plate to create the outside skin of the apple.
  3. Cut leaves out of paper
  4. Staple or glue the paper pieces to the paper plate
  5. Draw apple seeds in the center of the paper plate
