Good Neighbor Meeting: Property Near North Kansas Ave. and Landon Rd.

A & M Development, LLC has submitted a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 6.57 acres of property located at the northwest corner North Kansas Avenue and Landon Road and on 5.94 acres of property located on the west side of Landon Road approximately 1,000 feet west of North Kansas Avenue. The rezoning would be from O-RP Office and Research Park District to C-3 Higher-Intensity Commercial District.
No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request. It is anticipated that this request will be considered at the November 1, 2022 Planning Commission meeting.

Good neighbor meetings are intended to allow an applicant to share the details of the application, answer questions, and receive feedback prior to formal consideration by the Planning Commission. Initially, the applicant will provide a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns. City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.
