This week we’ll be having Mirabito’s Italian for lunch! After lunch, Nick Shimmin with the North Liberty library will be presenting about Technology Basics. Registration for lunch is just $5 and is required for all who attend. Participants must register before noon on Thursday, October 26th. Call the Rec Center to register (319)626-5716 or go online to your RecDesk Account and register yourself.

CLUB 24 is a new program for adults to socialize over University of Iowa Athletics.
This week we will be watching the Nile Kinnick documentary.
Patrons can sign up online, over the phone (319-626-5716), or in person at the Community Center. Patrons must reserve their spot by the proceeding Friday (October 27th) each week.
Patrons will pay $6 cash day of the program unless they sign up online. Online registration you must pay at checkout. The cost will cover cinnamon rolls from Bluebird Café. Coffee will be provided for patrons also.

Who doesn’t love a good battle of the brains? Bring your friends for a night of assorted trivia, snacks and small prizes! Teams can be made up of five people or less, or you can play on your own.
Crafting Book Wreaths

Transform the worn pages of a discarded book into a stunning wreath that will adorn your home for the holidays. Repurpose these books while indulging in conversations with other crafters and bookworms, snacks, and maybe a sip of wine or two.

Voting will take place in the library meeting rooms.
