Independence Day Hours Announced

On Thursday, July 4, 2024, the city’s administrative offices, including City Hall at 360 N. Main St., will be closed in observance of Independence Day. Other services will be closed or have adjusted hours as follows.

Library

The North Liberty Library will be closed on July 4 and the library’s programs and services will not take place.

Recreation & Aquatics

Recreation facilities will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 4. The outdoor pool will be open from 12 to 1 p.m. for pass holders and 1 to 6 p.m. for pass holders and the general public.

Summer Lunch & Fun

The program will not take place.

Police

Administrative offices will be closed, but patrol will operate as normal.

Fire

Administrative offices will be closed, but responses will operate as normal.

Trash and Recycling Collection

Trash, recycling, yard waste and compost will be collected as scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday.
