Tremble Clefs

Tremble Clefs is a therapeutic singing group for individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD), their caregivers, and family members. The loss of voice, communication difficulties resulting from a decreased volume of voice and lung capacity, and depression are common symptoms of PD. This weekly program provides vocal, breathing, and movement exercises that benefit the participants to meet their specific needs and creates a supportive and therapeutic environment for individuals with PD and their caregivers. It’s the first Tuesday so we’re back to the ever-popular board games week! We’ll have all of our usual games available, but we’re also going to learn how to play a new game this week called “Left Center Right”.
Join us each week for a social gathering full of activities and friendly conversation – board games, crafts, puzzles, book discussions, and more! No registration required. You can choose which events you would like to attend and are not obligated to go weeks when the activity is not of interest to you.

Joel finds out that his girlfriend, Clementine, has had her memories of their rocky relationship erased with a new experimental procedure. Out of desperation, he decides to have his memories of her erased as well. As his memories of her begin to fade, he begins to rediscover the passion that brought them together, and wonders if ignorance really is bliss. Can you believe it’s already February? For our first Friday in February, Hy-Vee will cater and they are expected to bring meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, and buttered corn. After lunch we’ll play BINGO, which is always free to play with the chance to win small prizes.

Don’t pay a fee to get your refund! The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program offers free tax help to people who need assistance in preparing and filing their tax return.
