North Liberty Library – Meeting Room CD
Have you ever thought night-lights could be a little snazzier? If so, you’re in luck! Per request, we will be making night-light lampshades from safety pins and beads. We’ll have all of the supplies you need (except the night-lights) to make a sparkly light cover to bring a little pizzazz to any room!
Join us each week for a social gathering full of activities and friendly conversation – board games, crafts, puzzles, book discussions, and more! No registration required. You can choose which events you would like to attend and are not obligated to go weeks when the activity is not of interest to you.
Page Wreckers
Wednesday, March 12
6:30 PM
North Liberty Library
Junk journals are a popular way to store memories, ideas, and can be used for writing, art journaling, and adding photos. Collect found and recycled materials such as trash, packaging, paper scraps, book pages, music sheets, maps, illustrations, and ephemera. Then join us for Page Wreckers to combine these materials with library provided items to create your one of a kind junk journal.
Bring along a journal if you have something specific you’d like to use for your junk journal, otherwise we will have paper journals available as well.
Program will take place the second Wednesday of each month in the library meeting rooms.
Contact Melanie at [email protected] or Dani at [email protected] with questions.

Seed Library Looking for Donations
North Liberty Library
Calling all gardeners! Do you find yourself with too many seeds? Not sure what to do with them? Give them to the library! Every year the North Liberty Library hosts a free seed garden for community members. Anyone is welcome to come into the library, pick out some veggie, fruit, or decorative plant seeds all Spring long. This year, we are looking to be able to help more people than ever plant gardens of their own, so if you have seeds of any variety you don’t need, please send them our way.
Questions about donating seeds? Contact Nick Shimmin at [email protected]
