Go Behind City Scenes and Meet Fellow North Libertarians by Becoming a Neighborhood Ambassador
This fall, our award-winning Neighborhood Ambassador program will take the next cohort of North Liberty residents behind the scenes for a deep dive in how the city works and how to be a great neighbor. Residents are invited to apply before Friday, July 25, 2025, to participate.
Beginning September 2025, the Neighborhood Ambassador program will take a cohort of two dozen residents through five sessions between September and May 2026 covering topics of community interest. Established in 2020, the North Liberty Neighborhood Ambassador program engages participants who are passionate about advancing the quality of life of their neighbors. These on-the-ground local leaders that have completed the City of North Liberty’s Neighborhood Ambassador program can offer insight into how the City operates, help answer questions or direct their neighbors to city staff member who can and connect residents to one other and to community resources.
