BASP Recreation Counselors

Counselors supervise children for the City of North Liberty’s before and after school programs, working directly with children to lead games, activities, arts and crafts. Positions are part-time (10 to 30 hours weekly), and we’ll work around your schedule. Light cleaning duties are involved as well. Must be able to obtain a chauffeur’s license. Post-offer physical, drug screen and background check required. Applicants must be 16 years or older.

Scheduled hours include weekdays from 6:45 to 8:45 a.m., 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, as 1:30 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays, as well as during other youth programs. Starting wage is $14.73 per hour, paid every-other week.
