City Hall Moved at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has relocated to 360 N. Main St., adjacent to the North Liberty Police Station.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

Minutes

Call to order
Mayor Terry Donahue called the January 29, 2018 Special Session of the North Liberty City Council to order at 6:31. Councilors present: Jennifer Goings, Chris Hoffman, Sarah Madsen, Annie Pollock and Jim Sayre.

Others present: Ryan Heiar, Tracey Mulcahey, Guy Goldsmith, Shelly Simpson, Michael Pentecost, Evan Runkle, Julie Hajek and other interested parties.

Approval of the Agenda
Hoffman moved, Goings seconded to approve the agenda. The vote was all ayes. Agenda approved.

Budget Presentation – FY 2019
Heiar and staff presented information regarding proposed Capital Improvement planning with Council. Consensus was reached on a Capital Improvements Plan for FY 2019.

Council discussed the remaining Operational Budget Items including the Joint Access Center (CIT), Christine Grant gymnasium expansion, debt service revenues, TIF revenues, alternative revenues including franchise fees, social service application funding, and the proposed end of year balance.

At 8:24p.m., Mayor Donahue adjourned the meeting.
