Quail Ridge Park Neighborhood

The Quail Ridge Park neighborhood is located at the center of town and can be accessed from Zeller St. It is home to approximately 250 households and is in the Iowa City Community School District. Residents are within walking distance to several businesses, restaurants and a grocery store. Nearby parks include Quail Ridge Park, equipped with a shelter, playground and basketball court, and Liberty Centre Park, which includes a stocked pond for fishing, a perimeter trail, and a resident guard-goose–who claims the pond’s dock as its home each spring.

Residents of Quail Ridge Park are invited to connect with their neighbors on Nextdoor.

My hidden talent
I taught myself how to juggle.

Five years from now I hope North Liberty
Is continually growing, has more resources for those who need it, and more community events.

A business I’d like to see here
It would be really cool if there could be a drive-in movie theater.

What I love about North Liberty
All the community events that makes it feel like a small community, even though it is growing to a large community.

What makes me laugh the most
My kids laugh. There is nothing that makes my heart happier than hearing a child laugh, and the best is when you hear your own kids’ laugh. A child’s laughter is the best medicine for anything.

My go-to karaoke song
No one wants to hear me sing. But if I had to choose it would be something from the Spice Girls.
