Ranshaw House Renovation (re-bid)

RFP Overview

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Ranshaw House Renovation (Re-Bid) project will be received, by City of North Liberty, at North Liberty City Administration Building, 3 Quail Creek Circle, until 2:00 PM local time on January 25, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project will involve the following: Renovations and upgrades to the Ranshaw House, including general construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at 10:30 AM (local time) on January 15, 2018 at the Ranshaw House, 550 West Penn Street, North Liberty, Iowa.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Shive-Hattery, Inc., 2839 Northgate Drive, Iowa City, IA 52245, 319-354-3040. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents, including one unbound copy of the Bid Form may be secured at DB Reprographics, Inc., 1207 Highland Court, Suite B, Iowa City, Iowa 52240, (319) 359-1069.  There is no deposit for the plans and specifications, but there is a shipping charge (UPS) of $25.00 made payable to DB Reprographics, Inc.  Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online at: dbreprographics.planroomdirect.com.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
