Signage Wayfinding Assessment and Needs Analysis

RFP Overview

The City of North Liberty, Iowa, is soliciting qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal to prepare a signage wayfinding assessment and needs analysis.

The project would be the initial phase of a potential multi-phase City-wide signage and wayfinding plan. This RFP would be the first phase and would provide an initial signage wayfinding assessment and needs analysis. The report would include, but not be limited to, survey summary, goals, signage and wayfinding program recommendations and budget considerations for reported recommendations.

The report should take into consideration the 2023 Connected to Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan and the 2019 North Liberty Community Identity Framework.

The expected range of project cost is $8,000 – $10,000.

Once the project is awarded, it is anticipated that the consultant will complete the project in 2-3 months.

Please note that all email submittals are required to receive a confirmation to be accepted. Applicants shall be responsible for confirming staff has received the submittal. Failure to confirm will not result in an extension.
