Play Glow Mini Golf on March 21, 22 and 23
Challenge family and friends to nine holes of blacklight miniature golf in the Community Center gym.
The five Ws
- Who: This is a free activity for all-ages.
- What: 9-Hole Glow Mini Golf.
- Where: Robert’s Gym at the North Liberty Community Center, 520 W Cherry St.
- When: March 21, 22 and 23, during specific time blocks.
- Why: A fun and free activity for the whole family during Spring Break.
Game times
Come and play at your leisure. Open play will be offered:
- Friday, March 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. ( 7 to 8 p.m. reserved for high school students)
- Saturday, March 22, from 4 to 8 p.m.
- Sunday, March 23, from 1 to 5 p.m.
What to expect
- An attendant will distribute golf clubs and glow balls to participants. Score cards will be available for those who are a little more competitive.
- There will be large backlights used for the event as part of the glow golf with the main overhead gym lights shut off.
- The weight room and walking track will remain open during this time, so the gym will not be completely dark.
- Availability will be on a first come, first play bases. No reservations will be taken.
- Concessions will not be available, but personal water bottles and snacks are allowed.
- Standard Community Center rules will apply: children in Grade 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult, sibling, or sitter who is at least 16 years old.
Teen Time
The North Liberty Youth Council will be hosting a teen night on Friday, March 21, from 7 to 8 p.m. with a taco bar.
