Friends of Coralville Lake

Purpose: The Friends of Coralville Lake (FOCL) is a non-profit partner with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACE) and local organizations interested in the well being of the Coralville Lake. FOCL is committed to enhancing the recreational and aesthetic values of the area it serves, by connecting the people of the local community with the land through its three core values: communication, education, and conservation.

JCI Johnson County

Purpose: The Jaycees mission is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. The organization gives young active citizens the tools and support they need to build the bridges of success in the areas of business development, management, leadership and personal training, community and government involvement. The Johnson County Jaycees are part of an international organization that for over 80 years has been the original organization of choice for young active citizens (ages 18-40) in Iowa, providing direction and leadership for our communities, our state, our world.

Journey Above Poverty

Purpose: Our mission is to enrich the lives of the members of our organization and the surrounding community through the modes of Arts, Professionalism, and outreach programs. We do this by holding ourselves and anyone we are involved with to a higher standard that will extend to every area of life. Jap is a way of life!

Lion’s Club

Purpose:  A volunteer service organization promoting community organizations (e.g, KidSight, Hearing Aid Bank, Camp Courageous).

North Corridor Rotary

Purpose:  Community organization dedicated to creating a positive, lasting change in the surrounding community (e.g, coat drives, roadside cleanup days).
