City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

About the league

This is our second year of the North Liberty Recreation Department Ultimate Frisbee League.  In 2010 we started the league and man of our members learned the basics of ultimate Frisbee.  This season we hope to continue to grow our league and form a more competitive team based league.  Beginning March 21st and running through May 18h on Monday’s & Wednesday’s from 5:30-7:30pm at Penn Meadows Park in North Liberty. Teams will be arranged according to skill level and athletic ability.

Price

Price $25/person before the March 10th deadline

$30 after the deadline no guarantee of shirt or disc.

We will be using the UPA standard rules as found on the UPA rules Web site: http://upa.org/ultimate/rules/11th

Where

We will have two fields set up at the Penn Meadows Sports Complex in North Liberty on Penn St. next to the baseball/softball complex and tennis courts.
