City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Prime Time and Game Time return to North Liberty for 2016

Prime Time League
The North Liberty Community Center will host the 30th season of the men’s Prime Time Basketball League as well as the women’s Game Time League this summer. The leagues feature players from the University of Iowa, the University of Northern Iowa as well as other local colleges, high schools and overseas professionals.
The public is invited to visit North Liberty to watch the fast-paced action, since the games will not be televised. Admission to the games is free and open to the public with limited bleacher seating.
PTL games will be held on Thursdays and Sundays in North Liberty and Waterloo starting June 30, 2016. North Liberty games are scheduled to start at 6 p.m. on June 30, July 7, July 14, and July 21 with a championship in North Liberty at 7 p.m. on July 28.
GTL games will be held on Wednesdays in North Liberty starting July 6, 2016. Games are scheduled to start at 6 p.m. on July 6, July 13, July 20 and July 27.
