City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Zeller Street water service interruption

Update 2:20 a.m.: service has been restored and the precautionary water advisory is in effect.

Update 8:30 p.m.: During the repair, one of the shutoff values broke, which will delay service restoration.

Update 7:30 p.m.: the main has been repaired and service is expected to be restored within the hour. The precautionary boil advisory in the affected area will be in effect until testing has confirmed the water is safe to drink.

On Monday, Nov. 13, a contractor working on Zeller Street in the area of Zeller Crossing and Sugar Creek Lane hit a water main. Crews are onsite to make repairs, and this post will be updated as more information comes available.

Two immediate effects of the main break:

  • Zeller Street will be closed between Zeller Crossing and Sugar Creek Lane while the work is repaired.
  • Some customers will be may be without water until the repair is completed.

Once service is restored, affected customers will be under a precautionary boil advisory until test results confirm the water is safe.
