Pratt Real Estate Management, Inc. has submitted a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on approximately 6.24 acres from ID Interim Development and RS-9 Single-Unit Residence District to RD-10 PAD Two-Unit Residence District Planned Area Development on property located at the southwest corner of North Jones Boulevard and 240th Street. The purpose of the request is to incorporate single-unit zero lot line dwellings with private internal streets into the development.

No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request. It is anticipated that this request will be considered at the September 5, 2023 Planning Commission meeting.

Please visit https://northlibertyiowa.org/meetings/?category=planning-and-zoning-commission to view upcoming agendas and meeting information.

Good neighbor meetings are intended to allow an applicant to share the details of the application, answer questions, and receive feedback prior to formal consideration by the Planning Commission. Initially, the applicant will provide a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns. City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Ryan Rusnak, Planning Director, directly at (319) 626-5747 or [email protected]. He will be able to answer any questions and/or make note of any concerns.
