City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Gingerbread, Frosting, Licorice and Red Hots…Oh My!

gingerbread contestHelp us deck the library’s halls this December!
First, build the best, most fam-tastic gingerbread house you can, and bring your family’s creation to the library by Dec. 14, and we’ll put it on display in the library as well as on Facebook. The favorite gingerbread house by Facebook likes between Dec. 14 and 20 will win a festive family prize.
Then, we’d like your help decking the windows of the storytime room by creating festive works of art with your tots’ hands, feet, fingers and toes. Bring your art to the library to be hung on the windows with care and each little artist will be entered in a drawing for a fun little prize!
Submissions for both activities are due by Monday, Dec. 14. Winners will be announced Monday, Dec. 21
