Good Neighbor Meeting: Scales Bend Road and Fox Run Drive

CJ’s Construction, Inc has submitted a zoning map amendment (rezoning) on 8.27 acres of property located on the east side of Scales Bend Road approximately 170 feet south of Fox Run Drive. The rezoning would be from ID Interim Development to RM-8 PAD Multi-Unit Residence District. The request would be for an age restricted community (55+) with a residential care facility and several two-unit dwellings on one lot.
No formal staff review of the proposed rezoning has been completed, nor have Planning Commission or City Council considered the request. It is anticipated that this request will be considered at the October 4, 2022 Planning Commission meeting.

Good neighbor meetings are intended to allow an applicant to share the details of the application, answer questions, and receive feedback prior to formal consideration by the Planning Commission. Initially, the applicant will provide a brief description of the request. Thereafter, there will be an opportunity to answer any questions and/or voice concerns. City staff will be present to moderate and answer any procedural questions.
