System Update to Impact Utility Payments March 7 to 11

A planned payment system update will prevent the City of North Liberty from processing credit card utility payments online, in person and by phone beginning at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

We expect to be able resume processing payments by Monday, March 11, at 7 a.m.

The update is part of an upgrade to the city’s utility billing system, which will bring new-look bills to customer this spring.

While no credit card payment can be taken during this update, customers can pay utility bills by check or cash during regular hours, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., on Friday, March 8, at City Hall, 3 Quail Creek Circle.
