City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Learn About Street Improvements Coming in 2024

The City of North Liberty has some street improvements planned for the 2024 construction season and is hosting a online open house where the public can hear from the project teams about the work and ask questions on Friday, March 29, 2024, at noon. Registration is required and available online.

During the hour-long open house, the team will talk about three city-led projects planned for the 2024 construction season:

West Penn Street: reconstruction from Herky Street to and including the intersection of James Avenue, in cooperation with Johnson County.

Penn Street railroad crossing: reconstruction of road at the railroad crossing.

Forevergreen Road signals: permanent traffic signals installed at Kansas Avenue and Jones Boulevard, with turn lanes and pedestrian accommodations.
