City Hall Reopened at 360 N Main St.

City Hall has moved from its previous, leased offices into the new, permanent building at 360 N. Main St. at 7 a.m.

The public can accesses the same services at the new location during the same business hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Departments located at the building include Administration, Billing and Finance, Building Inspection, Planning, Community Relations and Human Resources.

A ribbon cutting and open house is planned for Tuesday, May 14, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Good Neighbor Meetings

What’s a Good Neighbor Meeting?

Held at the very start of the development process, before a property is rezoned or a preliminary plat is submitted, the City on North Liberty helps the developer facilitate a Good Neighbor Meeting, where the community can learn more about a potential project, ask questions, give feedback and voice concerns.

Who Can Attend?

While we’ll mail letters to nearby property owners, anyone is welcome to attend. We typically hold these meetings online via Microsoft Teams, which you can use via a phone or desktop app or in this web browser, because we’ve found it allows for grater attendance. Information for upcoming and recently held meetings is below.

How Can I learn More?

If you’re interested in learning more about a coming project, you’re welcome to feel free to join a Good Neighbor Meeting. If you can’t make a meeting and have questions or concerns, please reach out to our planning director.
